1. Who we are
Olora operates tensora.cloud, Olora Lab, and related APIs. For privacy questions contact privacy@tensora.xyz.
2. Data we collect
- Account data such as email, name, wallet address, and authentication identifiers (including via Privy or similar).
- Usage data such as API requests, model and compute activity, billing events, and product interactions.
- Technical data such as IP address, device and browser info, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Payment and settlement metadata needed to process deposits and charges. We do not store full card numbers on Olora servers when a processor is used.
- Communications you send to support or social channels.
3. How we use data
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and enforce policies.
- Meter usage, settle payments, and show billing history.
- Communicate about product changes, security issues, and support.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data under contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required (certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and auth providers, payment and chain settlement partners, analytics when enabled, and professional advisors when needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing records as long as the account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. You may request deletion subject to those needs.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@tensora.xyz. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
